🎯 Your role as Lead Operation & Product Owner

As Lead Operation & Product Owner, you’ll provide functional leadership to our scrum teams (±6 FTE) and operations support (±2 FTE). You’ll work closely with our CEO, CTO, and the Operational Excellence Manager at Nederlandse Loterij. Together, you’ll build a platform that truly makes an impact.

• Operational leadership – ensure uptime, optimize processes, and drive KPIs (uptime, MTTR, NPS).

• Product ownership – lead agile ceremonies, maintain the backlog, and translate OKRs into epics and user stories.

• Compliance & risk – make sure we comply with KSA regulations and GDPR, in close collaboration with Legal & Responsible Gaming.

• Harmonization & client management – align processes with NLO and other clients, present roadmaps, and keep everyone engaged.

🖥️ What you bring

You have a solid foundation and the drive to help our team take the Lotify platform to the next level. You combine analytical skills with strong communication and know how to improve processes while keeping people involved.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (IT, business administration, or similar)

• At least 5 years of experience in product ownership or operations within SaaS

• Experience in regulated markets (fintech/gaming = a plus)

• Agile-minded, data-driven, and strong communicator

• Skilled in stakeholder management & persuasion

• A connector with vision who takes initiative and brings people along
