As Lead Operations & Product Owner, you are the driving force behind our operational excellence and product development. You make sure everything runs smoothly, scales effectively, and stays on track — from uptime to the roadmap, from customer interactions to compliance.
Your mission
You ensure and develop a scalable Lotify platform, align processes seamlessly with Nederlandse Loterij and other clients, and deliver valuable features with speed and flair. You combine operational leadership with product ownership and act as the connecting link between tech, clients, and strategy — always focused on quality, impact, and growth.
Your team & stakeholders
You provide functional leadership to our scrum teams (±6 FTE) and operations support (±2 FTE). You work closely with our CEO, CTO, and the Operational Excellence Manager at Nederlandse Loterij. Together, you build the platform that truly makes an impact.
🎯 What you’ll do
Operational leadership: You ensure uptime, optimize processes, and drive key KPIs (uptime, MTTR, NPS).
Product ownership: You lead agile ceremonies, maintain the backlog, and translate OKRs into epics and user stories.
Compliance & risk: You make sure we comply with KSA guidelines and GDPR, working closely with Legal & Responsible Gaming.
Harmonization & client management: You align processes with NLO and other clients, present roadmaps, and keep everyone engaged.
🖥️ What you bring
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (IT, business administration, or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of experience in product ownership or operations within SaaS
Experience with regulated markets (fintech/gaming is a plus)
Agile-minded, data-driven, and strong communicator
