Effective anniversary campaign! That’s why IKEA approached us with the question of how they could reward customers with a fun sweepstake in honor of their 75th anniversary. Additionally, they aimed to clean up and expand their IKEA Family Card database.
Solution
For IKEA Family Card members, IKEA organized a free loyalty sweepstake where the card number served as the unique personal ticket number. Customers had the chance to win over 1,000 prizes each month, with prizes reaching up to €5,000. Members received a ticket for activating their card, updating their personal information, and making purchases of at least €75 during the campaign period.
Results
The campaign exceeded all expectations: 320,000 participants, a 10% increase in registered Family Card members, and a revenue boost of over 3% on purchases above €75.
