Marketing & Sales Manager
Lotify is growing, and that calls for sharp commercial decisions. As Sales & Marketing Manager, you are the one setting the direction for that growth. You develop the commercial strategy, bring focus to the funnel, and build visible traction in the market together with your team. This is not a role focused on maintaining what already exists, but on building, testing, and scaling.
The role
As Sales & Marketing Manager, you are ultimately responsible for Lotify’s commercial growth. You develop and lead the go to market strategy, manage the sales and marketing team, and ensure full control over the entire commercial funnel, from lead to customer and retention.

What will you do?
Commercial strategy and leadership
Develop and execute the commercial roadmap and go to market strategy
Drive leads, conversion, retention, and upsell based on clear funnel KPIs
Translate product features into sharp value propositions and compelling sales arguments
Sales and channel strategy
Design and optimize the sales approach, both direct, through agencies, and via the NLO network
Build and maintain relationships within FMCG, retail media, events, and charitable organizations
Coordinate client conversations, demos, onboarding, and closing
Marketing and lead generation
Develop marketing plans and campaigns tailored to specific target audiences
Shape and safeguard Lotify’s positioning, including brand voice, tone, and design
Create content, demos, use cases, and activation formats
Optimize the funnel from awareness to customer based on measurable conversions
Leadership and performance
Lead and develop the Sales Manager and the marketing team
Set priorities and guide team growth and performance
Define, monitor, and report on KPIs such as CAC, CLV, and funnel conversions
Who are you?
Bachelor’s or Master’s level of thinking and working in a commercial field
At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and or marketing, preferably within SaaS, platforms, or activation and loyalty
Experience with CRM, marketing, and funnel tools and managing performance based on data
Familiar with working with agencies, partners, and multiple sales channels
Strategically strong, yet pragmatic and hands on in execution
Data driven and results oriented, with clear ownership of commercial growth
A connecting and inspiring leader for a small, agile team
Affinity with compliance or data driven activities is a plus
